PURPOSE AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION
 
The website www.coeurdeloirehotel.com is operated by the Hôtel Cœur de Loire brand (registered with RCS Nantes 753099431 - APE 5510Z). The Chocotello sarl company is located at the following address : 3, rue Anatole le Braz, 44000 Nantes.
 
These General Conditions of Internet Sale apply to all reservations made by a reservationist on the site www.coeurdeloirehotel.com. Any reservation made on the site www.coeurdeloirehotel.com requires consultation and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
The customer declares that the reservation is made for his personal needs. Consequently, its right of use remains strictly personal and non-transferable. The rates indicated on the site www.coeurdeloirehotel.com are not subject to commission or other intermediary remuneration.
 
The external links present on www.coeurdeloirehotel.com directing to other websites do not engage the responsibility of the Coeur de Loire Hotel. Hotel Coeur de Loire has no means of controlling the sites in connection with its websites, does not answer for the availability of such sites and external sources, nor does it guarantee it. FARES
 
Unless otherwise stated, the fares indicated on this site are prices in euros, VAT included per room and per night, for a specific number of people per room and for the chosen date.
Additional services (breakfast, mini bar) are not included in the price.
Tourist taxes, specific to each city, are not included in the prices displayed but can be consulted at each hotel or mentioned on the site. They are to be paid on site.
 
GROUP BOOKING
 
Online booking is possible for up to 5 rooms. Beyond that, we invite you to contact our reservation department at the email address contact@coeurdeloirehotel.com 
 
RESERVATION and CONFIRMATION
 
All reservations are subject to an automatic reservation confirmation sent by e-mail containing the details of the reservation.
If you do not receive this confirmation, contact the hotel reception directly. We also invite you to check the “spam” or “junk mail” folder in your inbox.
 
RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER
 
The reserving customer has the possibility of withdrawing under the following conditions:
 
The reservation can be cancelled or modified by the customer up to 48 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, set at 5:00 p.m.:
- Online by clicking on the buttons provided for this purpose in the reservation confirmation email,
- By phone directly to the hotel concerned.
 
All reservations made on the site www.coeurdeloirehotel.com are non-transferable and cannot be resold to a third party or via a website.
 
The hotel will charge the first night's stay to the booking customer if they do not take possession of their room on the scheduled day without having canceled their stay at least 48 hours before their arrival, scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
 
The reservation takes effect from 5 p.m. on the day of the client's arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Any complaint following a reservation must be made to our Reservations Department or the hotel within 24 hours of the date of the reservation.
 
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION BY THE HOTEL
 
If upon arrival of the booking customer, there are no rooms available at the hotel, or in the event of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to provide accommodation outside in the best conditions possible. In this case, the costs inherent to the transfer will remain the responsibility of the hotel and customers will not be able to claim any compensation of any kind or for any reason whatsoever.
The hotel may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it finds itself unable to fulfill them due to the occurrence of an event independent of its will or beyond its control, as well as in case of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, disaster, fire, internal or external technical accident and generally in the event of any event not allowing the proper execution of the service. 
 
GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY
 
When booking, the booker provides his bank details as a guarantee.
Payment for the stay and extras is made at the hotel during the stay, except in the case of rates subject to special conditions.
If payment is made in a currency other than the currency of the customer's country of residence, exchange costs will be borne by the customer.
No pre-authorization will be carried out on your card as a guarantee.  
 
RESPECT FOR PRIVACY
 
Hotel Coeur de Loire uses a service provider, RESERVIT, to manage the online reservation process. In this context, a confidentiality agreement was signed between RESERVIT and Hotel Coeur de Loire, to guarantee the confidentiality of data transmitted during the reservation process in accordance with the GDPR.
The information Cequested from the customer at the reservation stage is necessary for Hotel Coeur de Loire to register and confirm the reservation. 
 
The user of this site is informed in particular that the information he communicates on the “Contact and Access” form present on the site, are necessary to respond to your request, and are intended for Hotel Coeur de Loire, responsible for processing, for administrative and commercial management purposes.
