To help you prepare for your stay

Check-in and Check-out:
Arrivals are from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. (The reception is closed between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM).
On Sundays and public holidays, check-in is available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or via access codes for late arrivals.
For arrivals outside these hours, please contact us before noon on the day of your arrival at +33 2 40 74 35 61 or by email to arrange your check-in.

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. After this time, an additional flat fee will be charged in 30-minute increments; however, departure cannot exceed 12:00 PM.

Does the hotel have a luggage storage?
The reception can store your luggage before your arrival or after your departure.
All luggage must be collected by the end of the day on the day of departure.

Does the hotel have parking?
Our hotel does not have private parking. You can park on spaces located on Anatole le Braz Street or surrounding streets (paid from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays). The area is free from July 15 to August 15. Tickets can be obtained from parking meters or directly on your smartphone via the PayByPhone app.

Does the hotel have an elevator?
The hotel does not have an elevator, but we are happy to assist you with carrying your luggage.

Does the hotel have a bicycle garage?
For cycling tourists, please note that bicycles must be left on the street side without supervision; access to the garden is only through our breakfast room.

Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
An outdoor concrete ramp provides access to a ground-floor accessible room (PMR), which meets all necessary requirements for accommodating guests with disabilities.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel, as a resident cat already occupies the premises.

Is it possible to have an extra bed or a baby cot?
The hotel does not provide extra beds.
The room layout does not allow the addition of a baby cot or extra/temporary bed.

What additional amenities are available at the reception?
An iron and ironing board are available at the reception. Please book your time slot with our staff if you need this service.
Dental and shaving kits, electrical adapters, and phone chargers are also available upon request.
Umbrellas are available in the hallway leading to the veranda.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash.
Checks or ANCV holiday vouchers are not accepted.

Does the hotel have WIFI?
Free WIFI is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.
