The Passage Pommeraye
Discover one of the most beautiful covered passages in Europe!
Created at the request of Louis Pommeraye in the 19th century in order to link two districts, the Place Royale and the Place Graslin, this shopping mall has been classified as a historical monument since 1976.
Composed of many stores, it is organized on three levels, connected by a large central staircase and topped by a glass roof acting as a real light well.
Recently restored (2012-2015), this passage will also allow you to admire numerous statues and sculptures, notably those of the allegories of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture, Fine Arts, Entertainment, Science and Maritime Commerce.
